Thank you for checking out our Delivery Policy page. Here are some moments you need to be aware off before placing your order:
1. Currently delivery available in Ontario only. Please see the minimum order requirements and flat rates below:
For orders under the 'Minimum Order' requirement, standard delivery fees will apply at the checkout.
If you do not see your location on the list, please contact us directly via Contact Us form or the messenger and we will be happy to assist you.
2. Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday 8am-10pm. Most stock orders are ready for delivery within 1- 3 business days from the order date. All Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. Please note that the delivery time may change as it depends on the traffic, weather conditions, products availability and many other things.
3. If you locate outside of Ontario, please contact us via our Contact Us form on our web-site to arrange shipping. Please note, Shipping Fee will be added to you purchase.
4. Due to covid-19, we do contactless deliveries only!
5. We deliver straight to your door. BUT if you live in the high-rise building, you will have to come downstairs to pick up your order. If you are not home, the order will be left at the reception. For safety reasons, our drivers are not going upstairs, under any circumstances.
6. All frozen products and products requiring refrigeration will be delivered in coolers with ice and can not be left outside for more than an hour.
7. You will be notified by email or phone (if the one was provided while placing the order) about your order delivery date.
8. Please note that we are not responsible for any spoiled or ruined food left outside.
