Delivery Policy

Thank you for checking out our Delivery Policy page. Here are some moments you need to be aware off before placing your order:

1. Currently delivery available in Ontario only. Please proceed to the checkout to see the delivery rate to your area.

If you are not able to proceed to the checkout, it is probably because your postal code is not in our system, please reach out to us directly to fix the issue via the Contact Us form. (it happens from time to time for the newly built areas with new postal codes)

For orders under the 'Minimum Order' requirement, $25 delivery fee will apply (please note, we leave the right to change the price without any notice in case of the gas prices increase).

2. Orders are shipped Tuesday and Friday  8am-6pm. All Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the first delivery business day. Please note that the delivery time may change as it depends on the traffic, weather conditions, products availability and many other things.

3. If you locate outside of Ontario, please contact us via our Contact Us form on our web-site to arrange shipping. Please note, Shipping Fee will be added to you purchase. 

4. Due to covid-19, we do contactless deliveries only!

5. We deliver straight to your door. BUT if you live in the high-rise building, you will have to come downstairs to pick up your order. If you are not home, the order will be left at the reception. For safety reasons, our drivers are not going upstairs, under any circumstances. 

6. All frozen products and products requiring refrigeration will be delivered in coolers and can not be left outside for more than an hour. We will appreciate if you can leave the cooler outside on the next delivery date. 

7. You will be notified by email or phone (if the one was provided while placing the order) about your order delivery date. 

8. Please note that we are not responsible for any spoiled or ruined food left outside.
